Getting back into a school-year sleep routine takes a little time, and starting now makes those first mornings so much smoother. 😴

Here are easy ways to ease into a healthy sleep routine:
🕐 Shift bedtime earlier by 15 minutes every few nights
📵 Power down screens at least an hour before bed
🌙 Keep a calming wind-down routine, like reading or a warm bath
☀️ Wake up at the same time each day, even on weekends
🛏️ Make the bedroom cool, dark, and quiet for better rest

Let’s help fill a bus—and a whole lot of backpacks! 🚌 PriMed Physicians is proud to partner with Crayons to Classrooms for the annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive.

Local teachers report that 68% of their students lack the basic supplies they need to succeed. Together, we can change that.

How you can help:
📓 What: Donate essential supplies like notebooks, pencils, glue sticks, and markers.
📅 When: Now through August 31.
📍 Where: Drop off your donations at any PriMed office.

Caring for our community is at the heart of what we do. Your donations will help teachers from 150 local schools shop for free supplies, giving every child the tools they need to succeed. 💛
