September 15 was a beautiful day for an outing! Our residents visited Grotto Gardens on the campus of the VA Medical Center in Dayton.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day. The Kettering Holiday at Home Parade is always a favorite with our residents & their families as well as our staff.

When it gets too hot to go outside, we have no shortage of indoor activities, such as cooking! Our residents enjoyed making homemade pop tarts!

Our residents are definitely enjoying the outdoors during this nice weather we are having! Our activities team does a great job of encouraging residents to get sunshine and fresh air!

The Carlyle House, in conjunction with Ohio Living Bethany Hospice, held a memorial service for our residents who passed away during the past 6 months. A memorial service was given, then 12 butterflies, one for each resident, were released in our arboretum. We pass along our sympathies to the families & friends of those residents.

Senior Sensations came on July 21, 2026 to dance for our residents. We really enjoyed their program. They proved there's no age limit on having fun!
