Did you know we offer massage therapy for children and teens?

Growing up, my parents encouraged my siblings and I to get at least two massages a year—one before the school year started and another around finals or the end of the semester. Looking back, I'm so grateful they taught us that there is more than one way to manage pain, reduce stress, and take care of our bodies.

As a massage therapist and a parent advocate, I want other families to know that massage therapy can be a safe, effective, and affordable option for children and teens.

Our youth massage rate is just $50 for children ages 15 and younger.

Every child is different, and we understand that an hour can feel like a long time. That's why your child is in control of the session. If they're only comfortable with 30 minutes, we'll do 30 minutes. If they prefer 45 minutes or the full hour, that's perfectly okay too. We meet them where they're comfortable.

If you've ever wondered whether massage therapy is right for your child, I'd be happy to answer your questions. Helping young people feel comfortable in their bodies is something I'm truly passionate about.

Truthfully, some of the best phone calls, voicemails, or text messages I can receive are the ones that say:

"I feel great! Can I cancel this appointment? I'll see you at my next one."

Believe it or not, that's exactly what I hope to hear.

My goal isn't to have you coming in week after week because you're still in pain. My goal is to help you get to a point where pain is no longer part of your daily routine. While it often takes several sessions to get there, eventually your appointments become less about managing pain and more about routine maintenance to help you continue feeling your best.

Watching that transformation happen is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Owning a business is such a rewarding feeling… but it definitely comes with its challenges too.

I have been working behind the scenes on my website for MONTHS — quite literally since July 2025. Trying to bring the vision I had stuck in my head to life was not easy.
