Jerri Beers serves as Regional Director for Griswold Care Pairing offices in Broward County, Southwest Florida, and the Florida Keys.
With more than 20 years of experience in the senior healthcare field, Jerri has held leadership positions as an Executive Director within Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities in both Illinois and Florida.
Her extensive experience includes opening new communities, leading successful turnarounds for struggling communities, and developing effective sales and marketing strategies while maintaining strong financial oversight and alignment with organizational goals. She is an Assisted Living Administrator CORE Certified Professional and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
For Jerri, the most meaningful part of her work has never been found in a title or a business accomplishment, it has been in the families she has helped along the way. She understands that finding care for an aging or ailing loved one can feel overwhelming, emotional, and sometimes even hopeless. Jerri is passionate about listening to each family's unique needs, finding practical solutions, and helping them move forward with confidence and peace of mind. She considers it a privilege to be a resource for families during some of life's most difficult moments.
Outside of her professional life, Jerri enjoys reading, singing, playing the piano, and, most importantly, spending time with her family.
