Ugh we’re all disappointed with tonight’s class having to be made up, but an extended season into beautiful September with cooler weather has always made for a great experience and a September to remember at the Keyport waterfront.

Next outdoor Class will begin our Extended season make ups Tuesday Sept 8th!

Remember we will be closed for the Labor Day weekend Sept 5,6th & 7th

💜 I’ve been invited to hold an opening meditation — a few minutes to breathe together, arrive together, and make space for all that we carry.

💜 We have all either lost someone close to us way too soon, know someone who has, and all hope never again in the future. So let’s join together to build awareness, show support, remember, bring hope, and prevent any more lives lost too soon.

If we’re lucky or conscious enough they teach us more in their passing than they ever could while physically here.

Although physically not present, if we allow, they’re clearly still very much here teaching us how to live. And the pain never goes away, we “just learn how to carry it.”

Living with both joy & grief we practice to live, ALIVE, be with not escape what’s here. Join me next Wednesday as I honor my Dad CELEBRATING L I F E, his life, your life, &/or someone from your past or still here thats very much worth celebrating!🎉 🙏👊🏻

Keyport community and all, please join together with the Keyport Municipal Alliance next Monday at the Keyport Waterfront.

I’m honored to open the ceremony with a meditation. We’ve all either lost someone close to us too soon, know someone who has, and we all hope for no more in the future.

Let’s stand together in support, remembrance, and hope.

Please join us for our annual sunset vigil on August 31st at the Keyport Waterfront.

All are welcome- we will have speakers, luminaries, Narcan, resources, and a welcoming safe space to share and honor those struggling and those we’ve lost.
