7 years without my mom seems utterly impossible…..yet, here we are. I have done so much of my own work when it comes to managing and navigating grief. And because of that, I am able to hold space for you. It is such an honor to help so many of you that come to see me for Spinal energetics as you go through your own grief journey. Today, on a day where my grief is very present, so many of you showed up for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support, the calls, the texts, the gifts, the hugs, the prayers… I can say that this year has been one of the most Healing years so far and what a blessing to be able to celebrate my mom. There were years that I couldn’t get out of bed or leave the house on this day. It was such a strong reminder of what I had lost. And now get to think about how lucky I am that I got to call her my momma ❤️‍🩹

✨✨KOLLECTIVE LIGHT✨✨

July 31st at 6pm

We will begin the evening by coming together for a sacred cacao ceremony facilitated by Lindsey. A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual journey guided by the ceremonial use of cacao, a plant revered for its ability to open the heart, elevate mood and expand consciousness.

We will also utilize the healing power of the Blue Lotus flower to open the crown chakra allowing us to receive the medicine and messages of these beautiful plant medicines.

After our Cacao Ceremony, Kourtney will take us on a transformative journey with a Group Spinal Energetics session. Group Spinal Energetics is an experience that must be felt!

Everyone has their own experience, although it is elevated by the “Kollective” energy in the room. You will be immersed with vibration, sounds, scents, and support throughout your experience. Monica and Lindsey will be supporting Kourtney with hands on Reiki to help move and transmute any heavy emotions or stagnant energy that may be causing dissonance in the body.

At the conclusion of the group spinal session, Monica will take us on a beautiful musical journey of high vibrational sounds and frequencies using a variety of Crystal, singing bowls, chimes, and a gong.

Once the group session has come to an end, Kourtney will gently guide us back into our bodies. You will have an opportunity to share your experience, if you are feeling called to do so!

Investment is $150 and can be set up through House of Light

❤️‍🩹 Navigating grief is done on a daily basis.

For those of you who know, you totally understand this.

Sometimes it’s just a small undercurrent and other days it’s swallowing you whole.

I have been knee deep in grief before and right now…..it’s a lot. Lots of changes, transitions, celebrations, graduations, lasts, firsts, the list goes on….

But it’s in the moments when I am alone and needing her advice or I want to tell her something big or even share little things when I miss her the most.

Being in the car is really tough. That’s when I would always call her.

It’s so wild to me that the worst thing ever (losing her) led me to experience and then learn spinal energetics (which brings me so much joy). It helped me tremendously with my complicated grief and depression.

Finding a ton of gratitude in my grief these days.

Helping others navigate their grief is such an honor and I do not take that lightly.

But what I wouldn’t give to talk to her one last time. 🙏🏼
