Group is incredibly powerful. There is something about the specific group of people that choose to come together, get vulnerable, heal in community, and connect on such a deep energetic level.

It’s hard to describe what actually happens in these groups, but I can tell you what….its nothing short of remarkable. Cathartic some say, wild some say, some have no words. Regardless of how one would describe this work, I know that it touches parts so deep that things begin to shift in ways you cannot explain.

The person you are becoming is right there on the other side of big work. And I get it….its not for everyone and that’s the way it should be. But if you feel the pull, please open the door.
