Feeling so blessed to be apart of this Yoga community where I get to have an affect on so many different humans. The 200 hour YTT finished up last week and I am so proud of the students and teachers. If I made a small change in the way these new instructors see and feel Yoga then I feel accomplished. Maui Yoga Loft can't wait for the next one in February!

Today, I have the pleasure of teaching Anatomy and Physiology to the next generation of Yoga instructors. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea, I am enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge on the subject. Educating students and clients about the intricacies of human movement and promoting healthy practices is truly rewarding. I am excited to share with these young minds the significance of Anatomy and Physiology in becoming a more effective Yoga instructor and keeping the body 💪 strong throughout their life.
