Classes and private sessions center around the needs of students, and feature movement linked to breath in the Krishnamacharya yoga tradition. Kathy teaches classes, private lessons and yoga therapy sessions on Maui, primarily in Kihei & Wailea, though she also teaches online and back pain yoga for Kaiser Permanente. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, Kathy brings a wealth of wisdom,

knowledge and love to each session and customizes programs for individual needs. Kathy has worked with PTs and doctors to make sure clients are getting their needs met. She is available for outcalls in Kihei, Wailea, Maui or in her own private studio.
