💭 Some of the best things you can do for yourself holistically are to make sure you get enough sleep, drink enough water, feed your body for good health, move your body, get your emotions out in healthy ways, use your creativity, ground yourself, connect to a higher and divine power, be honest with yourself, face challenging things, recognize and remove toxic patterns within yourself and around you, learn how to flow and navigate circumstances, how to love yourself, have boundaries, change old mindsets, rewire new brain pathways and how to regulate your poor
So many parts, it seems overwhelming but it can be done [one day at a time]
