We had the opportunity to spend time at Fort Hood this week for a Lunch & Learn with nurse case managers focused on expanding access to behavioral health care for service members and their families.
We shared more about Oria Health’s services across Central Texas and statewide through telehealth — including diagnostic evaluations, integrated treatment planning, and fast access to care for both children and adults.
Dr. Bone also highlighted advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato, along with the clinical outcomes supporting these approaches for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression.
What stood out most was the shared commitment to getting service members and families connected to the right level of care faster and more effectively.
We’ll be returning soon for additional trainings with other groups, and we’re looking forward to continuing the conversation across base. Keep your eyes peeled for more events!

Tuesday’s Mental Health Fair at CRDAMC/Fort Hood was an incredible reminder of how important community connection and accessible mental health care truly are. 🧠💙
We loved getting the opportunity to meet service members, veterans, families, providers, and community partners while sharing information about therapy, psychological testing, adult autism & ADHD evaluations, interventional psychiatry, Spravato treatment, and other advanced mental health services available through our office.
A special thank you to Dr. Mike Zimmerman, PhD and our Physician Liaison, Desiree Garcia, M.A. LMFT, for representing our team and spending the day connecting with the community, answering questions, and helping people learn more about available mental health resources and support.
Events like this matter because mental health conversations deserve visibility, support, and real resources — especially within military communities facing unique stressors and transitions.
