I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with both Mayborn Science Theater and the Central Texas College Wellness & Counseling Services to offer an immersive planetarium soundbath experience for CTC faculty and staff.

There’s something truly magical about experiencing restorative sound beneath a sky full of stars✨

As educators, counselors, and support staff spend so much of their time caring for others, this experience is intentionally created as an opportunity to pause, breathe, reset the nervous system, and simply receive.

It’s an honor to hold space in such a unique environment and to collaborate with organizations that value wellness, community, and self-care💫

🤩 Because love and sunshine are FREE to ALL, and the Sun Salute is so deeply rooted in Yoga asana (the physical practice), we wanted all aspects of this celebration to be accessible, these prep classes, as well as the entire day of our 108 SUN SALUTATIONS INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY & SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION are FREE.

This is for the h👽Mies that have never been on the mat, the ones who floww every day + their yoga teachers, whether you can join us on JUNE 21 or not, and ALL the humans in between.

🧘‍♀️ We'll move through various versions of the Sun Salute (Surya Namaskar A) using props and modifications to help you achieve ultimate enlightenment and confidence along with a balance of sthiram (effort & stability) AND sukham (sweetness & ease) to move through 108 rounds of this sequence which is meant to honor the Sun and bring vitality to the wholeness of your BEing.
