🤍 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT FAMILY 1ST PRIMARY CARE! 🤍

We would like to share that Family 1st Primary Care will be offering a Suboxone Program for patients who are seeking support in their recovery journey.

✨ Limited spots will be available.
We will offer private pay and accept insurance coverage.
If you are interested in our Suboxone Program, please complete and submit the Suboxone application to:

We are also currently reviewing applications for our Primary Care program! If you have already submitted an application, we are working through them now. If you haven’t applied yet, you are still welcome to submit your application as we continue preparing for the opening of Family 1st Primary Care.

🩺 MA: Saturdays 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, with the possibility of one additional day per week.

🩷 We are also looking for full time Receptionists! Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
