Liberty House's Baking Club made some delicious cookies before wrapping up the week with a ice cream float happy hour! 🍪

It was a busy weekend at Frontida's communities! We were celebrating national events like Father's Day and Juneteenth at Frontida of Kimberly and state events like Wisconsin's June Dairy Month at Riverwood Senior Living! But we also made time for picnics at Frontida Adelaide Place and happy hours featuring root b**r floats at Frontida Liberty House! And the summer is just getting started!

Today, we recognize Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and hope.

At Frontida communities, we believe every story matters. Juneteenth reminds us of the importance of honoring the experiences, contributions, and achievements of Black Americans throughout history and today.

As we reflect on this significant day, we celebrate the values that bring us together—respect, dignity, inclusion, and community. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from one another and continue building a place where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

There is never a "normal" day in assisted living and this week was no exception! The Frontida Assisted Living communities were busy celebrating National Donut Day, National Cheese Day, and National Best Friends Day!

May continues its nonstop action at the Frontida communities:
There was love in the air at Riverwood Senior Living as two of our residents tied the knot! The happy occasion was held onsite and proved that you are never too old for love! 💜
For Memorial Day, Frontida of Kimberly had a yummy cookout with families and friends. 🌭
At Frontida Adelaide Place, we were lucky enough to have Lakeland Care come help transplant our seedlings as part of their National Day of Giving. We can't wait for those tomatoes in our salads! 🍅
Frontida Liberty House residents went on an outdoor scavenger hunt before relaxing in the sunshine to soak up their Vitamin D! 😎
