Happy June 1st!

June is Family Fitness Month, and there is no better time to focus on your health and wellness. We encourage everyone to get active, spend time outdoors, and make healthy choices with family and friends!!🏃‍♂️👟

Don't forget about our Community Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge, along with our group workouts happening every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM at the Rural Health Clinic.

Let's start this month off strong and take steps toward a healthier, happier you. We can't wait to see everyone there!

Mental Health Month 💚

Did you know 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness each year? That’s why raising awareness and supporting one another matters more than ever!!
Our team decorated our doors in green to help shine a light on Mental Health Awareness Month and remind everyone that mental health matters. No one should struggle alone. Support, kindness, and conversation can make a difference. 💚

We thank our amazing staff at the Allen Parish Behavioral Health Unit for always showing care, compassion, and support to our patients each and every day.

We are enough.
