Such a magical night with my nieces. ✨🔮 We did our very first ritual together for the Lion’s Gate Portal, made our own intention bottles, and released some of the crap we’ve been carrying that we’re ready to leave behind into the ocean.

There was laughter, a little witchy magic, lots of intention, and some pretty powerful moments. 🖤🌙 I love being able to share this part of myself with them and create these memories together. ✨

Pay attention to what keeps finding its way back to you. The conversation you can't stop replaying. The dream that refuses to leave your heart. The opportunity that keeps appearing in different forms. The relationship that no longer feels aligned. Life has a quiet way of repeating its lessons until we're finally ready to learn them.

Whether you believe today carries spiritual significance or simply see it as an invitation to reflect, don't rush past it. Sit with your thoughts. Notice what feels heavy and what feels exciting. Ask yourself what you've outgrown, what you're ready to release, and what you're finally willing to choose. Sometimes the sign you've been asking for isn't something happening outside of you—it's the feeling inside you that refuses to be ignored.

This Lammas, I took some time to slow down and truly honor the season. 🌻🌾

For me, one of the best ways to celebrate is through cooking and baking with intention. As I prepared food, I focused on gratitude—for the harvest, for the abundance in my life, and for all the lessons this season has brought.

I was also visited by several rabbits and even a beautiful cardinal throughout the day. Moments like these always remind me to pause, pay attention, and appreciate the messages and beauty that nature shares with us when we’re willing to notice.

Lammas is a reminder that we’ve all been tending something this year. Now is the time to acknowledge how far we’ve come, celebrate the harvest—big or small—and trust the changes that are leading us into the next season.

Fifteen years ago today, I had my very first Reiki session.

At the time, I had no idea that one appointment would completely change the direction of my life. I couldn’t have imagined it would be the first step on a path that would lead me to becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, Psychic Medium, Tarot Reader, Spiritual Mentor and the owner of Soul Healing with Nicole.

Looking back, I also realize this all began on Lammas (Lughnasadh)—a day that honors the first harvest, gratitude, and the seeds we’ve planted beginning to bear fruit. I didn’t understand the significance of that then, but now it feels beautifully symbolic.

That one “yes” to trying something new planted a seed that has grown into a life of healing, purpose, and service. I’m so grateful for every lesson, every soul I’ve been blessed to meet, and every step of this incredible journey.

Sometimes the smallest decision can change your entire life. ✨
