We invite our amazing Moms to join our new support group offered by licensed therapist Rachel Smith. Connecting with other moms experiencing the challenges of motherhood, self care, and maintaining a household and job can be essential to feelings of connection and stress relief. Because why not?? Give it a try and just see what pops up. You might feel more anxious. You might feel more relaxed. You might notice a pull to be on your phone or to check it. Notice these sensations with curiosity and try not to judge them. Bring curiosity and exploration to this exercise and see what happens.
