It's time for another PLAY DATE!😆We hope you will join us on Saturday March 8th from 9am-10am at Project Movement with Better Balance Physical Therapy and Wellness as our co-host. Josh Lopez is an AMAZING physical therapist that offers a lot of knowledge in supporting adults.

Come learn about the importance of movement while engaging in activities that challenge your gross motor skills. While supporting your child's growth and development learn how you can maintain you own motor skills to keep up with your kiddo. We will provide the tools to help you stay active...just be ready to move your body.

Monthly Grief Processing Group is tonight!
It is held on the first Wednesday every month at 5:30 PM

Kingman AZ
This will not cost you anything and is provided to give you a safe space to process grief, connect with others who speak the same grief language, find a sense of normalcy, help each other to learn coping strategies, gain hope, search out acceptance and validation, understand grief and the process, and just to have a place to talk and be supported.
