Always helps me to help a creature in need. While vacuuming the gym today , this little guy 🐍 slithered past me. Before anyone saw and reacted with violence I was able to pick up and bring him outside under a safe bush away from people and other critters.

Not sure who my 2 best friends will be but here goes nothing. Because this means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my friends less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.

One thing you need to know about a person with D.I.D. is that they never know when or where a part will make an appearance. So when they blow up at someone, that person could have done nothing wrong. Just at the wrong place. As a person with D.I.D. I don't always know when one of the parts comes out. So all I can say to people around a person with D.I.D. is you will need to be understanding.
