Feeling stressed? Taking a few minutes to slow down can help. 💙

Everyday stress can affect both your mental and physical health. Even a few minutes of intentional relaxation may help you feel calmer and better able to handle the day.

You don't need special equipment or expensive programs. Try taking a few slow, deep breaths, stretching, going for a short walk, sitting quietly for a few minutes, or limiting screen time for a while. Small moments of relaxation can make a difference.

If stress is becoming overwhelming or isn't going away, reaching out for support is a sign of strength. Taking care of your mental health is an important part of taking care of your overall health.

The Last Meal Myth: 🤢 When reporting possible foodborne illness, most people tend to think it was the last thing they ate.

It could be... Maybe... but not always.

FACT: Many foodborne illnesses don't cause symptoms for hours or even days after eating contaminated food.

That's why public health professionals ask about everything you've eaten over several days, not just your last meal.

Looking at the bigger picture helps identify the source of illness and prevent others from getting sick.
