Ask about hot stone, prenatal, and infant massages, as well as traditional occupational therapy visits. Heat modalities, cupping, microcurrent, taping, and other treatment modalities available. Dry brushing, aromatherapy, and other add ons available.

Sometimes the most effective stretches don’t look all that dramatic. 😄

This Thai-inspired maneuver is one of our favorite go-to techniques when clients report IT band or lateral thigh tightness and discomfort.

🐦‍⬛ Uses a gentle cross-fiber motion to address tension through the lateral thigh
🐦‍⬛ Helps create movement through tissue that can feel tight or “stuck”
🐦‍⬛ Integrates beautifully with broader work through the hips, glutes, and legs

And despite how it may look… it usually feels really good. 😍

Just one of the many ways we incorporate stretching and movement into our approach.
