We made connections with a medicare broker who had tips for post covid POTS symptoms,hospice teams, insurance agents, and assisted living facilities. Thank you for showing up in support. We are a team working together to make the lives of our seniors better. What an honor and privilege to work alongside others with the same passion and commitment to change! ☀️ FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS START TODAY! ☀️

Kingsport City Schools is kicking off our Summer Meals program today, May 26th! We want to help keep our community's kids fueled, healthy, and happy all summer long.

Any child 18 and under can receive free breakfast and lunch!

Here are the details you need to know:

📌 WHERE: John Sevier Middle School
⏰ WHEN: Monday - Friday (Closed July 3rd)

Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Lunch: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📅 DATES: May 26 – July 10, 2026

🚗 LUNCH DELIVERY AVAILABLE! Lunch delivery is available to picnic at the following KCS schools:

Adams, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Lincoln, and Dobyns-Bennett.
