Our womb is part of an integrated system connected to our throat and heart center. Our emotional lives affect our nervous system which affects our pelvic muscles, circulation, flow and release of fluids, absorption + hormonal balance etc. Our jaw and pelvis mirror each other + are connected via a fascial line. Thus relaxing our jaw muscles helps relax our pelvic floor. Both jaw and pelvis are known as avenues of expression.
