Not hungry after a workout? You're not alone 😅

For athletes and active individuals with higher energy needs, eating enough can sometimes be harder than it sounds.

That's where liquid calories can come in handy 🥤

Smoothies and shakes can be an easy way to add:
🍓 Carbohydrates for energy
💪 Protein for recovery
🥜 Healthy fats for staying power
⚡ Extra calories to support performance goals

They're especially helpful when you're short on time, have a low appetite after training, or need a convenient option between meals.

Remember: liquid nutrition isn't "better" than whole foods, it’s just another tool in your toolbox 🧰

The goal is making sure you're fueling your body well enough to recover, perform, and feel your best. 🙌

The Middle Ground: Part 3 🍕🍪🍦

This week's challenge: pick one food you've been craving and intentionally make room for it in your meal plan this week. 👏

Yep, the goal is to stop treating certain foods like they're "off limits."

Instead of avoiding the craving until it turns into an all-or-nothing situation, plan for it! 💡

You can:
✨ Adjust the rest of your meals and snacks throughout the day to fit it
✨ Add protein, fiber, fruits, or veggies to make it more balanced
✨ Modify the recipe in a way that still satisfies the craving

For example:
🍕 Pair pizza with a side salad and some fruit
🍪 Enjoy cookies alongside a protein-rich snack
🍔 Add extra veggies to your burger and serve it with a balanced side

Remember: healthy eating isn't about perfection. It's about finding a way to enjoy the foods you love while still supporting your goals. 💛
