Kingsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

⚾ This week, team members from Wellsential Health's Central and Crossroads Regions came together for a regional meeting at the Corpus Christi Hooks Stadium in ! ✨️

From games to team-building activities, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, regional leaders, and senior leadership collaborated, shared ideas, and focused on continued growth and success. Team members loved this day of connection, teamwork, and collaboration! 💙

Deeann began her healthcare journey as a phlebotomist and advanced her career to LVN and then RN. She has been part of our team since June of 2023, and we're excited to see her step into this new leadership role! ✨

This day, now celebrated as “Juneteenth,” symbolizes freedom in Texas and underscores the ongoing struggle for equality and justice.

🎉 Help us welcome Victoria, our new Administrator! Victoria graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and has worked in long-term care for more than sixteen years.

She earned her Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator credential in 2018 and has been part of the Wellsential Health network since December 2024. ✨️

We're excited to have Victoria leading our facility —be sure to say hello when you see her around! 💙
