📣 Important Schedule Update for Preston Dental Care

Beginning August 21, Preston Dental Care will be transitioning to a four-day work week, and our office will be closed on Fridays.

I know this change may be disappointing or inconvenient for some of our patients, especially those who have relied on Friday appointments in the past. Please know that this decision was not made lightly.

Over time, we've seen a significant increase in appointment cancellations and no-shows on Fridays, making it difficult to utilize that day effectively. At the same time, this change allows our team to enjoy more quality time with their families and return each week refreshed, energized, and ready to provide the exceptional care you deserve.

To help ensure we can continue to accommodate as many patients as possible, we will be expanding our Tuesday hours. Beginning August 21, our Tuesday schedule will change from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, creating additional appointment availability each week.

Our commitment to our patients remains exactly the same. We will continue to offer the same high level of service and will work hard to accommodate your scheduling needs Monday through Thursday.

I am incredibly grateful for your understanding, your trust, and the opportunity to care for you and your families. Thank you for supporting not only our practice, but also the amazing team members who work so hard to make every patient experience a positive one.

This week, our office is upgrading to a brand-new software system! 🎉
What does that mean? Possibly a few extra clicks… A couple confused stares at computer screens… And at least one employee whispering “where did the button go?” 👀
While we get everything running smoothly, you may notice slightly longer wait times, minor hiccups, or us typing with the intensity of NASA engineers launching a rocket. 🚀💻
We appreciate your patience and kindness while we learn the new system and work out the kinks. We promise it’s all to help us serve you better in the long run!
