After months of planning, preparation, and hard work, today was the first day of the Kansas Skin Clinic in Kinsley, Kansas!
I’m incredibly grateful and excited to finally turn this idea into a reality — a clinic dedicated to bringing dermatology services directly to rural Kansas.
Skin health matters, and where you live shouldn’t determine your access to quality care.
I am very excited and greatful to be able to serve this community, help patients, and give them the access to better dermatology care.

🌊 As we head into lake season, don't forget to check your local lakes for harmful algal blooms before swimming, boating, or letting pets enter the water.

Harmful algae can produce toxins that may pose health risks to both people and animals. If the water appears unusually green, blue-green, cloudy, or has surface scum, it's best to avoid contact and check for local advisories.

Did you know? Nuclear Medicine studies can often detect disease before structural changes are visible on traditional imaging.

Unlike X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, which show anatomy and structure, Nuclear Medicine reveals how organs and tissues are functioning and metabolizing. This can lead to earlier diagnoses, more confident treatment decisions, and better patient outcomes.

We're proud to partner with Front Range Nuclear Services, which visits our facility one day each month to provide these specialized services right here in our community. Offering advanced diagnostic testing close to home helps our patients receive the care they need without the burden of traveling long distances.

We were honored to welcome Senator Jerry Moran to our hospital last week for a tour and discussion about the importance of rural healthcare.

Senator Moran has been a strong advocate for rural communities and has worked to address many of the critical issues affecting healthcare access and services in rural areas. We appreciate the opportunity to share our perspective and showcase the care being provided right here in our community.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication will never be forgotten.

As healthcare professionals, we are especially grateful for the freedoms their service protects and for the opportunity to care for our communities each day. Today, we remember our fallen heroes and extend our deepest gratitude to the military families who carry their legacy forward. ❤️💙
