It’s time for “Wednesdays Behind the Counter”
This Wednesday, we're taking you Behind the Counter to celebrate one of our very own! 💙
We are incredibly proud to highlight our Operations Manager, Carson Patzer, on an exciting milestone in her career. Carson had the opportunity to speak at Cencora’s Thoughtspot event last week! She taught her first ever Continuing Education class on technician advancement and growth in the pharmacy world in front of 100 pharmacists and technicians! Her dedication, hard work, and passion for serving others continue to inspire our team, and we couldn't be more excited to share this accomplishment and have her as our own!
“For the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of growing alongside this pharmacy. I started as the "errand girl," running errands and unpacking the order, then became a cashier, learned technician responsibilities, and eventually worked my way into the role of Operations Manager. In addition to watching Kinston Clinic Pharmacy grow, I have been blessed to watch Dempsey’s Drugs LaGrange and Jackson Heights come to life and see the vision behind these pharmacies become a reality. Along the way, I earned my CPhT and became a CDCES, opportunities I never could have imagined when I first walked through the door. I am incredibly grateful to Kinston Clinic Pharmacy and Dempsey's Drugs for believing in me, investing in me, and giving me the chance to grow both personally and professionally. What started as a job became my calling, and it is such a blessing to serve our patients, support our team, and have the opportunity to educate other pharmacy professionals.”
