I’m so excited to share that I recently completed my certification as a Long-Term Care Claims Professional (LTCCP)! 🎉
Over the past almost two years as the owner of Synergy HomeCare of Kinston, I’ve discovered a “nerdy” passion for helping families review, interpret, understand, and initiate their long-term care insurance claims. 👩🏫
When families are already navigating what can be a stressful and emotional time, having someone who can help make sense of the process can provide tremendous peace of mind. Sometimes, simply having someone in your corner who knows what questions to ask can make all the difference.
I’m honored to be able to offer this additional support with care, compassion, and confidence—knowing that one small, but incredibly important, piece of the process is being handled with concern and care. 💙
