We believe every client/family deserves access to resources, guidance, and education when navigating care decisions. Whether you choose SYNERGY HomeCare or simply need help finding the right path, our goal is to be a trusted community resource.

From short-term support after a hospital or nursing home stay to long-term care that helps someone age safely at home, our passion is serving the communities of Kinston, New Bern, and Greenville.

We want families to return to their most important role: being family. Loved ones should spend meaningful time together without carrying the full weight of caregiving alone.

And because exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers, we’re committed to creating a workplace where caregivers feel valued, supported, respected, and empowered. When caregivers know they matter, it shows in every visit, every interaction and every relationship.
