🌟 Team Member Tuesday: Meet Brandy Campbell! 🌟
This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Brandy Campbell, our Chief Nursing Officer, Quality Director, and Trauma Program Manager! Brandy has been part of the KDH team since July 2018, first as a PRN team member before joining full-time in November 2019.
What Brandy enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to identify solutions, connect the dots, and navigate complex challenges to create meaningful outcomes. For her, the most rewarding part of working at KDH is seeing those improvements become reality and ultimately provide patients with better healthcare services and overall care.
A few fun facts about Brandy? She describes herself as a creative problem solver, naturally curious, visually creative, and a bit of a “what if” person. Outside of KDH, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling to see her kids and grandbabies, playing with her dogs, relaxing in the pool, working on home projects, tending to her plants and flower beds, and, of course, enjoying a good true crime story. And if you ever need to find her with a drink in hand, it’s simple: black coffee, hot or cold, 24 hours a day! ☕️
When asked what she couldn’t do her job without, her answer says a lot about what makes KDH special: her co-workers. 💙💛
Brandy’s favorite saying is one that perfectly captures her strength and determination: “Fate whispers to the warrior, ‘You cannot withstand the storm.’ The warrior whispers back, ‘I am the storm.’”
