The neck is one of the hardest areas to treat—so getting ahead of it matters.

I’m Maisa. I’ve built a career in aesthetics but my career in medicine started long before that.

I’ve been a nurse since 2007 and a nurse practitioner since 2018.

And while aesthetics is where I’ve chosen to build my practice, the thing I care about most hasn’t changed: good medicine.

Your face isn’t where skincare ends. 👀

The neck is one of the first places we start to notice aging—and one of the last places most people think to treat.

The skin is thinner, has less blood flow, and for years many of us simply stopped our skincare and SPF at the jawline. Then one day…the damage becomes hard to ignore.

My rule? If we’re treating the face, we should almost always be thinking about the neck + chest too.

This patient has been doing exactly that for the past 3 years: consistent, proper skincare + RF microneedling with both Scarlet and Agnes. Her skin quality has improved beautifully.

But those horizontal “tech-neck” lines continued to bother her.

So instead of adding more and more treatments hoping they would disappear, we changed the strategy.

We very carefully placed a small amount of filler directly into those lines to support areas where years of repetitive folding had created visible wear and tear.

Her checkup? ✨ SO good.

This is why I love combination therapy.
Skincare protects. Devices remodel. Injectables support.

A consultation isn’t about deciding how many syringes you need or picking a treatment from Instagram. It’s about looking at the whole picture and creating a plan that makes sense for you.

Before your consultation, think about:

✨ What actually bothers you?
You don’t need to know the treatment. That’s my job. Tell me what you see, what you’ve noticed changing, and what you’d like to improve.

✨ What does “natural” mean to you?
Bring photos if they help—but understand that your anatomy, skin and aging process are uniquely yours.

✨ What are you willing to commit to?
Great results often come from a combination of treatments, skincare and consistency—not one appointment.

✨ What is your timeline?
Have a wedding, event or milestone coming up? Tell me. Some treatments need months to show their best result.

✨ What is your budget?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with having one. A realistic budget helps us prioritize and build a plan that works for you.

✨ Be prepared for recommendations you weren’t expecting.
You may come in asking about your lips and leave understanding that treating something completely different will create the balance you’re actually looking for.

Most importantly: a consultation is where we establish trust.

When do I love Sculptra? Thin skin. ✨

Sculptra isn’t about filling a line or creating instant volume. It’s about encouraging your skin to rebuild its own collagen—and there are certain patients where it really shines.

One of my favorites? Thin-skinned individuals.

When skin is naturally thin, we start to see everything underneath it more easily: hollowness, laxity, fine lines and the structural changes that come with aging.

This is where Sculptra can be such a beautiful tool.

Instead of simply adding volume, we’re working on improving the foundation—gradually stimulating collagen and helping create thicker, stronger, more supported-looking skin over time.

I especially consider Sculptra when I see:
• Thin, delicate skin
• Early laxity and crepiness
• Generalized volume loss
• A face that looks more “deflated” than it used to
• Someone who wants subtle, progressive change rather than an obvious treatment

And like almost everything I do, Sculptra rarely has to work alone. Pairing collagen stimulation with treatments that address skin quality, muscle movement, pigmentation or targeted volume loss is often where we get the best result.
