We are working to expand our reach to help more people. Last week Neartown's Executive Director had the privilege of attending the Recover.com Marketing Summit in Madison, WI with the guys from Scalable Growth. He came back fired up with a to-do list a mile long.

Neartown is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team!

This position is responsible for maintaining all Neartown properties, including building upkeep and grounds maintenance at our Murray and Kirksey locations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to both respond to work orders and proactively identify maintenance needs.

Maintenance experience required
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Competitive pay
Generous paid time off
