Happy Saturday!

We will be planning the first monthly meeting soon.. trying to spread the word about this group a little more first so feel free to share/invite friends to “like” this page!

The first meeting will be an introduction to how HemiSync works (and what the Monroe Institute does). I will share with you the “proprietary process” that TMI uses to help put your body and mind into an ideal state for meditation, and then we will listen/do one of the guided exercises together. Afterward, we can chat and enjoy some light refreshments! You will need to bring your own pair of headphones or ear buds, and may want to also bring a notebook/journal in case you experience any interesting insights during the meditation(s).
