Behavioral Health Operations Internship Program

Are you a recent High-School Graduate or current college student interested in psychology, behavioral health, or healthcare administration?

CityLight Counseling is excited to launch our Behavioral Health Operations & Professional Development Internship Program for undergraduate students seeking meaningful real-world experience in a healthcare setting.

This internship is designed to provide students with first-hand exposure to private practice operations, professional development, healthcare administration, client coordination systems, community outreach, and organizational leadership within a growing mental health practice.

Students will gain experience in:
• Behavioral health operations
• Professional communication
• Healthcare administration
• Scheduling and client coordination
• Marketing and community outreach
• Organizational systems and workflow management
• Leadership and professional development

📍 Location: Hunters Creek (Kissimmee, FL)
📅 Summer/Fall 2026
⏰ 10–15 hours per week
🎯 Ideal for undergraduate students pursuing degrees in:
