I’ve watched talented students become frustrated, overwhelmed, and convinced they “just can’t do it.” And that’s exactly when mentorship matters most.

My job as your mentor isn’t just to teach you the steps. It’s to help you build confidence, correct your mistakes, understand the WHY behind what you’re doing, and keep going when it gets hard.

You are not supposed to master everything overnight. Skill comes from repetition. Confidence comes from experience. And growth happens when you refuse to quit during the uncomfortable part.

I’ve been working. Treating patients. Running businesses. Showing up. Sharing. Living.

But because I hadn’t sat down and filmed one of these conversations in a few days, I caught myself thinking:

We are looking for models for our 3D Ar**la Color Restoration Masterclass, and there is no cost to you.

You may be a fit if you are looking to:

Maybe you don’t need another certification. Maybe you need to trust yourself enough to implement what you already know.

There’s a point where continuing to prepare can feel productive while quietly protecting us from the discomfort of actually moving forward.

And I understand it.

Because implementation means being seen.

It means treating the patient.

Making the phone call.

Introducing yourself to the physician.

Charging for your expertise.

And risking hearing no.

But confidence isn’t a prerequisite for action.

Very often, action is what creates confidence.
