We believe massage therapy is one of the most rejuvenating, natural healing, and relaxing method used to help patients through severe accidents and injuries. Wellness Retreat and Spa was created to help you recover from life’s outmost discomforts such as back pain, trauma, accidence, soft tissue injuries, physical stress, or just relaxation.

​The owner has always had a passion for helping others,

but it was her own experience through massage therapy that encouraged her to help others even more. In 2007, she suffered in a car accident and was not able to function her neck and back normally. From the time of accident, she lost the range of motion of her neck for about six months. Due to continuous massage therapy, she was able to make a full range recovery in her neck and reduce the pain in her back. It was this remarkable experience which helped her realize that she wanted to be a helping hand to others as a licensed massage therapist.
