Hope Counseling of Central FL, LLC was established in 2016 with the purpose of serving the Kissimmee community and other adjacent areas. Its founder, Lillianis J Cruz, LMHC, felt a burden to serve her community through providing Counseling Services to those in need. Lillianis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology fro

m Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is also an EMDR trained Clinician who is equipped to assist you deal with trauma, abuse and any other disturbances that may affect your functioning. Her experience ranges from working with adolescents, adults, facilitating group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy to being Clinical Manager of a Residential Program. Her treatment modalities include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement therapy and Solution Focused therapy, in addition to other modalities that would better fit your needs. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.
