Please join us in celebrating Juan Martinez as he begins a new chapter at the Veterans Community Living Center, where he'll be closer to his family.

A proud retired Army Sergeant, Juan dedicated his career to serving our country with honor. During his time at Harborview Kissimmee, he also became the life of the party, always showing off his dance moves, sharing laughs, and bringing smiles to residents and staff alike.

Juan, you will be deeply missed, but we're so happy you'll be closer to your loved ones. Thank you for your service, your joy, and the wonderful memories you've shared with us. 💙

I Went Home Today!🏡

Join us in celebrating Francisco Montanez as he heads home after a successful short-term rehabilitation stay at Harborview Kissimmee!

A retired IT programmer, Francisco enjoyed sharing his knowledge by helping friends with their electronic devices, and throughout his stay he remained focused, motivated, and determined to regain his strength.

As Francisco prepared to leave, he told our team, "I'm going home! Thank you all for taking such good care of me. This place is amazing."

Congratulations, Francisco! We wish you safe travels home and continued health and happiness in this next chapter.💙

Healing Happens at Harborview💪

Please join us in celebrating Ivan Villafane and the incredible progress he's made during his healing journey at Harborview Kissimmee. When Ivan first arrived, he came by stretcher and was determined to regain his independence.

Now, he's walking with his walker, enjoying his rowing bike sessions, participating in activities, and spending time with fellow residents and staff. As Ivan says, "I feel stronger... I'm almost ready to go home again!"

We're so proud of your hard work and determination, Ivan. Keep up the amazing work, we're cheering you on every step of the way! 🙌

Please join us in celebrating Glenda Mendez on this incredible milestone! When Glenda first arrived at Harborview Kissimmee, she wasn't able to stand on her own. Through hard work, determination, and the support of our therapy and nursing teams, she's now walking with her walker and heading to Puerto Rico to reunite with her children and loved ones. 🇵🇷

For 11 months, Gene worked hard to stay active, independent, and engaged at Harborview Kissimmee. Through participation in activities, meaningful friendships, and the support of our team, he made the most of every day.

At Harborview Kissimmee, rehabilitation goes beyond exercises—it’s about helping our residents regain confidence, independence, and joy through activities they love. ✨

Our therapy and Life Enrichment programs work together to create meaningful, movement-based experiences that keep residents engaged and motivated. Today, OT Anna enjoyed a wonderful session with our residents filled with friendship, music, and plenty of smiles. 🎶💙
