Our team came together for a day of connection, creativity, and learning. Staff participated in a fun Team Photo & Video Challenge, showing off their teamwork and creativity while making some great memories along the way. We also enjoyed a doormat painting workshop, where everyone had the opportunity to create a unique project to take home.

Of course, no team day would be complete without some delicious food and time to connect with one another outside of our usual routines.

We wrapped up the afternoon with QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training, strengthening our skills to recognize and respond to individuals who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of su***de.

Thank you to our incredible staff for bringing energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to everything you do. We are grateful for each member of the ARC Manor team and proud of the compassionate work you provide to our clients and community every day.
