ARC Manor is currently accepting bids from qualified contractors for a full renovation project at a brick duplex residence located in Kittanning, PA. The project includes roofing, gutters, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, painting, kitchen and bathroom installation, porch repairs, and general interior/exterior renovations and other related improvements, with additional project details provided during the walkthrough process.

Experienced contractors are invited to submit proposals for consideration. All bidders must be fully insured and able to provide proof of current insurance coverage upon proposal submission.
