☀️ Summer isn’t just for vacations. It’s for resets.

All school year long, families are juggling homework, sports, activities, sick days, appointments, and trying to simply make it through the week.

Then summer arrives.

A little more breathing room.
A little less rushing.
A chance to focus on the things that matter.

If you’ve been meaning to prioritize your child’s health, sleep, focus, emotional regulation, or overall well-being, summer can be the perfect time to start.

Whether that means more outdoor play, better routines, healthier meals, or support for a healthy nervous system, small changes have a way of creating a big impact.

Healthy habits don’t have to wait until September.

What’s ONE healthy habit your family is focusing on this summer? ☀️👇

Snacks, babies, hand-me-downs, and great conversations with moms who just get it… what more could you ask for? 💜

Whether you’re still growing that amazing baby or navigating those early postpartum days, having a space where you can feel seen, supported, and surrounded by others who understand is so important.

Last night was filled with shared experiences, helpful advice, tiny baby snuggles, generous hand-me-downs, and plenty of laughter. These evenings are a beautiful reminder that motherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Bellies to Babies is always free, always welcoming, and always happy to meet new moms and new little ones.

Our next gathering is Tuesday, July 21st at 6:00 PM. We’d love to see you there. Tag an expecting or new mama who should join us next month! ✨

Most dads don’t ask for much.

They just want to wake up without feeling stiff, have the energy to keep up with their kids, enjoy a round of golf, crush a workout, and get a good night’s sleep.

This Father’s Day, give dad the gift of investing in his health.

Because dads deserve care too. 💜

Know a dad who’s been saying, “I should really take better care of myself”? Tag him below or send him this post.

Before the baby arrives, there’s so much focus on what you need…
but not nearly enough on who you need.

Bellies to Babies was created to change that.

This is a space for connection, support, and real conversations with moms walking through the same season as you.

No pressure. No expectations. Just community.

If you’ve been feeling like your breathing just isn’t quite as easy lately… you’re not alone 🌿😮‍💨

We’ve had quite a few people mention this recently, especially with how strong seasonal changes have been.

Earlier this week, a patient came in and shortly after her adjustment said:

“I feel like I can breathe better already.”

She came back later in the week still noticing the difference—and even shared she’d been telling coworkers about it.

When your nervous system is functioning well, your body is better able to adapt to what’s going on around it—whether that’s stress, seasonal changes, or everyday life.

If something feels “off,” it’s worth paying attention to.

👉 Save this if you’ve been noticing changes in your body lately

If it feels like life is extra full right now, you're not alone.

Between end-of-school activities, preparing for summer schedules, vacations, camps, and everything else on the calendar, finding time for yourself can feel nearly impossible.
Last night's Mommy Mixer was one of our smallest gatherings yet—but it was exactly what we all needed.

No structured games. No agenda. Just six moms sitting outside in the beautiful weather, chatting, laughing, swapping recommendations, ranking our favorite local restaurants (with desserts earning the highest scores, of course 🍰😉), and enjoying a few hours of adult conversation.

Sometimes the best nights aren't the biggest ones. They're the ones where you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

Because nights out should fill your cup, not add more to your to-do list.

If you've been thinking about joining us, we'd love to meet you. 💜

Our next Mommy Mixer is Tuesday, July 14th. Mark your calendar—we saved you a seat.

One of my favorite things about Moms on the Move is that there’s no perfect attendance required.

Some moms make it right at 10:30. Some meet us at the playground. Some can’t make it this week but join us the next.

Because mom life happens.

The goal isn’t showing up perfectly. It’s finding community, getting outside, moving your body, letting the kids burn some energy, and connecting with other moms who get it.

Whether you make the whole walk or just part of it, there’s always a spot for you. 💜

The zoom-in wasn’t the surprising part… the beliefs were. 👀

We’ve heard all of these before:

“I’ll start when life slows down.”
“It’s not in my budget.”
“I don’t have time.”
“I’m scared.”
“Once you start, you have to keep going forever.”

The truth is, many of the things keeping people from getting adjusted are actually the reasons they could benefit from care in the first place.

Swipe through to zoom in on some of the most common chiropractic myths and misconceptions we hear every week.

👇 Which one have you said before? No judgment—we’ve heard them all.

“Baby is head down!”

When this text popped up on my phone yesterday, it instantly made me smile. 😊

But what most people don’t see is the worry that often comes before a message like this.

The Google searches.
The questions.
The “What if baby doesn’t turn?”
The wondering if there’s anything else you should be doing.

If you’re pregnant and carrying those thoughts right now, you’re not alone.

One of the reasons we use the Webster Technique during pregnancy is to help reduce tension and improve balance in the pelvis and surrounding muscles and ligaments. When the body is functioning the way it’s designed to, it can create more space for baby to get into an optimal position.

No one can guarantee how or when baby will move, but supporting your body during pregnancy can make a difference.

And when messages like this come through? They never get old. 💜

If you’ve ever spent part of your pregnancy worrying about baby’s position, you’re definitely not the only one.

If you’re pregnant, what’s something you’ve been worrying about lately that no one talks about enough? 💜 Let’s open up the conversation and remind each other that pregnancy was never meant to be navigated alone.

Getting out the door is often the hardest part. ☀️

But yesterday, 3 newborns, their moms, and some big siblings made it happen for a morning of sunshine, movement, and connection.

We soaked up the beautiful weather, got some steps in, shared some great conversations, and took a playground break so the big kids could make some new friends too.

Sometimes all it takes is a simple walk, a change of scenery, and other moms who understand exactly what this season of life looks like.

More beautiful days are coming, and this group is just getting started! 💜
