The Judie Miles Memorial fund will support the creation of a multi-purpose therapy space at our new clinic. This room will be used for our Fit tutoring programs, social skills development for our clients with autism, and will also serve as an indoor play space for those yucky wet winter and spring days. The clinic staff and I would love to thank the Oregon Tech Foundation staff for their help painting one of our spaces at a local elementary school. I’ll post “after” pics soon! But in the meantime enjoy these smiling faces! We love you Oregon Tech Foundation especially Krista, Lori, Allison, RaShell, and Ken who got down and dirty with us last Friday (St Paddy’s Day).

The work of students, faculty, and staff is applauded in Washington Monthly's “2022 College Guide and Rankings” for Oregon Tech's contribution to the public good in three broad categories: social mobility, research, and promoting public service.

Pictured with President Naganathan is a great example of this service: 2022 graduate Hannah Thompson, who received a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, worked in Oregon Tech's BIG ABA clinic, providing therapy and other types of care to young children.

Recognizing that many students who are interested in applied behavior analysis (ABA) are not in behavior analysis programs, the APBA Board recently expanded eligibility for student membership to include those enrolled in degree programs (undergraduate or graduate) in any field.
