Hey Everyone. I have a couple of exciting announcements pertaining to my private practice. First, as of April 1, I will also be accepting BCBS insurance. Secondly, as of the same day ( April 1), I will be adding a location to my practice. Monday through Thursday I will be based out of the Oregon Bank Building at 905 Main St, Suite 607. On Fridays I will continue to be available at Wholesome Family Medicine. I can be contacted via phone at 541.205.9085 and through email at [email protected]. The gals at Wholesome also still know how to reach me. I’m so excited to be continuing to expand and provide a variety of therapeutic services to the Klamath Basin.

I wanted to give you all an update on the insurance companies I am working with. I am now in network with Medicaid (open card OHP), Cascade Health Alliance, Cigna, and Optum ( handling behavioral health care for Providence, UHC and many more), Credentialing for MODA is in the final stage and should be complete very soon.
