It is with a heavy heart that we tell our gym family and greater community about the passing of Coach Ralph.

It is so hard to put in to words what he meant to our gym. Many of you have worked out with him and know the motivation and intensity he brought to gym. Many of you had the priviledge of being coached by him, and you know the committment and passion he brought to class.

However, nothing meant more than his dedication and devotion to his family and friends. He was a husband, a father, a brother, a son, a best friend, and a leader. He will never be forgotten. His legacy will live through our gym and our hearts forever.

Please keep Kendra and the girls in your thoughts and prayers. We will honor him in our way, and will post soon about it. 💙

What’s really neat about our monthly assessments is how we can see how we have progressed. Our OWN progress. On our OWN journey to a stronger, healthier, longer and more active life!

I compare my running to my running 6 months ago. I assess where my upper body pull is now compared to last month or last year. I see progress! It’s not always linear but it always tells the story… me vs me!
