Sacred Sol Healing Institute® is a grassroots, community-based organization in Klamath Falls, Oregon, blending Indigenous
healing with evidence-based behavioral health practices to offer holistic behavioral health and integrative trauma recovery resources. Our integrative holistic healing model is rooted in Native best practices—community-centered healing, relational accountability, holistic balance, cultural tradition, and reciprocity. We support the public, youth, correctional reentry populations, and professionals through peer support, psychoeducational curricula, skills development, traditional healing, mindfulness, and wellness practices. We also strengthen behavioral health professionals through continuing education (CEU) training in trauma-informed and integrative practices. Our Mission
To resolve barriers and expand access to integrative healing, connection, and community. Heal the World® guides us in restoring wellness across mind, body, spirit, and energy. The Deconstructing Trauma™ Program (DTP), Our signature program, is designed for public self-help as well as professional use in clinical settings. At Sacred Sol Healing Institute®, we recognize unresolved trauma as the root of many substance use and mental health challenges. To address this, we developed the Deconstructing Trauma™ Program—an evidence-based, trauma-informed, turnkey curriculum that integrates psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and holistic tools to support deep healing and recovery. Designed to improve outcomes across diverse settings, the program is implemented in mental health and substance use disorder programs, Tribal health, youth initiatives, corrections and reentry services, recovery agencies, and community wellness organizations.
