1) Breathe
2) Make a list of everything you have control over, and everything
you don't
3) Only concentrate on the things you have control over

Additional steps (if you're not too overwhelmed) are:

4) Make a list of everything you have to get done
5) Cross off half that list (Yes. REALLY. It doesn't all have to get done right now.)
6) Prioritize the rest
7) Do one thing at a time, one day at a time.
8) Continue to breathe.
