Finally!!! One side is up.. I did have to go get help, apparently I over engineered it / made it too complicated the first few attempts (so shocked - just kidding). Is it the best looking in person? Nope. But, I did what I could and lessons learned for the other side. I'm still content with it.

Face up or face down and a single bolster ("the cushion that is usually under your knees when you are face up or under your ankles when you are face down") are not the only options...
Laying on your side is not just for prenatal clients. It's amazing for those with lower back issues.

Also, if you have not tried a chest-comfort bolster before, ask your therapist to snag one for their office. (I know... it looks like it was designed by a dude using two condensed soup cans for the mold... but it still works)

What is on the normal-ish shaped pillow? It's vinyl. For sanitary reasons (have you seen some pillows with just a pillowcase to "protect" them?). A clean pillowcase still goes over it, so your face doesn't stick to it. 3 more just like it, not pictured.

I see a lot of people hesitating to ask for hot stones to be incorporated in their massage... no one seems to believe they really do not cost extra (which is telling of the industry).. Is there a hidden charge? No. Can you add cupping and hot stones in the same visit?? Yes! Still doesn't cost extra. However, I only add these if asked for and no contraindications are present. ** No one likes surprises like a hot stone you didn't ask for or weren't aware of hitting your back... or later having to explain a circle of broken capillaries.

(Also, does this photo have that weird AI vibe to it?? I feel like it does and it's weirding me out because it's not. I literally set my phone on the shelf and took the picture 🤣. )
