Look at my skin glow ☀️! Every time I attend a birth I am amazed how the experience brightens me and literally shines through my skin.

Yesterday I got to be a doula for a friend here that has become more like family ❤️. Seeing this powerful mama connect to her body and her baby and move just perfectly to birth her baby was inspiring ✨. Supporting military mamas through pregnancy, birth and early postpartum is the backbone of Transformation Wellness Center. Starting next month I get to start practicing under this nonprofit again in my new area, and this experience has had me reconsider accepting new doula clients as well! I still have to work out the logistics of it.. but I just need to do it!!
