Over the years I’ve primarily supported postpartum families during daytime hours with occasional overnight support, but the last few months have looked a little different

What started as helping families get good quality sleep to feel rested and show up as their best selves during the daytime, has turned into meeting moms where they are during their 3am feed (whether it’s breastfeeding or pumping). Making sure they have a snack and their favorite drink within reach

And if any questions or emotions come up, they don’t have to turn to Google and can vent to someone who gets it… because it’s a transformation and hard work that truly takes a village

Overnight support is also helpful for those who choose to formula feed. I’ve seen the difference a full night of uninterrupted sleep can impact the mom’s overall wellbeing (physically, emotionally, and mentally) because the sunset scaries are real

So often families reach out once baby is already here when they are in the “newborn trenches”, but it’s very common for this kind of support to book out months in advance- don’t hesitate to reach out and learn more about what this kind of support can look like for you and your family 🤍
