I’m so excited to share that I’ve reunited with a dynamo team; Sabrina Beck, LPC, Lori Albert Walker, LCSW, Annie Garry, LCSW and Deborah Russo, PsyD., with over 150 years of combined clinical experience leading individuals, couples and families into relationship recovery.
We have created a much needed offering that will provide a virtual community to connect and practice full respect living and new relationship skills while identifying what prevents us from using those skills in the heat of the moment. Our mission is to heal ineffective Intergenerational patterns and relationship wounds through connection, education and practice. It takes repetition and connection to rewire the brain’s patterned knee jerk reactions and coping strategies. So we not only provide the 8 week workshop, we also offer an ongoing compassionate community to practice and support the new skills for as long as you’d like. Join us on the journey!
