You know that feeling when everything just feels a little lighter, your body can move more freely, and you walk out thinking, “Yep, I needed that.” 😁

Things I would NEVER say to my patients as a non-traditional chiropractor 👀

❌ “Your spine is out of alignment.”
❌ “You need to come 3x/week for the next year.”
❌ “Once you start chiropractic, you have to go forever.”
❌ “I put your bones back into place.”
❌ “Your posture is causing all your pain.”
❌ “You should avoid bending because it’s bad for your back.”
❌ “Pain means you’re damaging something.”
❌ “You just need another adjustment.”

I don’t want you scared of your body.

And I definitely don’t want you thinking you need me forever.

The goal is to help you understand what’s going on, get you moving, build confidence in what your body can do, and give you the tools to manage it long-term.

Chiropractic care shouldn’t create dependency.

It should create confidence. 👊
