Let’s talk about recovery.

Not all procedures are the same when it comes to downtime, and understanding what to expect can help you plan ahead.

An upper eyelid blepharoplasty is one of the quickest recoveries, with mild swelling and bruising and most patients feeling back to normal within a few weeks.

Breast augmentation requires a bit more time, with light activity resuming after a couple of weeks and a return to normal routines around four to six weeks.

A tummy tuck involves more restrictions, especially with movement and activity, and full recovery can take closer to six to eight weeks.

A mommy makeover combines procedures, which means multiple areas are healing at once, so recovery can be more involved, but most patients are still back to their regular routines within that same general timeframe.
